Recipe Ingredients

• Beef Mince½ kg
• Red chili flakes1 tbsp
• Turmeric1 tsp
• Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Chopped onion (fried)2
• Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
• Crushed black pepper1 tsp
• Lemons 2
• Cottage Cheese 2 packets
• Chopped mint leaves½  bunch
• Chopped green coriander½ bunch
• Chopped green chilies4
• Cooking oil1 cup

Recipe Method

1. Take a tawa and add in ½ kg beef mince, salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp turmeric. Keep it to cook.
2. When the water dries, add in 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 4 chopped green chilies and 1 cup oil. Cook it gradually.
3. Now stir fry the cottage cheese cubes separately and put it over the mince.
4. Add in 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 2 lemon juice, chopped green coriander and chopped mint leaves. Cook it.
5. In the dish it out and add in 2 tbsp chopped ginger, green coriander, green chilies and 2 chopped fried onion. serve it hot!
