Steak is a wholesome food that one feels full after having stakes but after having this Tarragon Chicken Steak you will feel satisfied because they are utterly delicious in savor. Mushrooms, cream, and parsley are added for the enhancement of flavor.

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breast 2 (with sides bone flattened)
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Pepper ½ tsp
  • Mustard paste ½ tsp
  • Wooster shier sauce 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Rosemary leaves ½ tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Steak sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Tarragon sauce as required
  • Vegetables to serve (fries and boiled)
  • For Creamy Tarragon Sauce:
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Mushrooms 2 tbsp (sliced)
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Water ¼ cup
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Tarragon 1 tsp (dried)
  • Parsley 1 tbsp
  • Spring onion leaves 1 tsp (finely chopped)
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate chicken steak with salt, pepper, mustard paste, garlic paste, Wooster sauce, rosemary leaves, soya sauce and steak sauce for 30 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry chicken steak on both sides.

  3. When water dries add tarragon sauce, cook till done.

  4. Serve on a sizzler with fries and boiled vegetables.

  5. For Tarragon Sauce: Heat butter; add mushrooms, corn flour, all the seasonings with cream and water, cook stirring till sauce thick.
