Ingredients                               

1 kilogram potato

1/2 tablespoon cumin powder

1 tablespoon red chili powder

1 tablespoon mustard seeds

1 tablespoon turmeric

Salt as required

Curry leaves few

1/2 cup tamarind juice

2 lemon

1/2 bunch mint, chopped

2 green chilies

1 teaspoon jaggery or sugar

Oil as required

Directions

  1. Wash potatoes and then boil in a pan.
  2. Now peel the skin of potatoes.
  3. Now add oil in skillet and fry potatoes until golden brown.
  4. Then cool the oil and put in bottle.
  5. When you need to serve then add fried potatoes in skillet without oil.
  6. Then add remaining spices and stir fry for a while.
  7. Add lemon juice and finally add mint leaves.
