Ingredients

4 deghi red chilies

6 garlic cloves, unpeeled

1 lemon

White vinegar few drops

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

Salt to taste

3 tablespoon oil

Directions

1. Wash red chilies.
2. Then boil these chilies with little vinegar in water.
3. Blend with cumin and garlic in blender.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan.
5. Then fry chutney lightly and remove in a bowl.
6. Add salt and lemon juice and serve.
