Home made mango Ice cream which is prepared with average effort at home. Make this ice cream in summer for all as this quantity of recipe yield would be enough for a batch of 10 persons.

Ingredients

  • Evaporated milk 1 tin
  • Condensed milk 1 tin (chilled)
  • Mango puree 1½ cup
  • Fresh cream 2 cup (whipped)
  • Mango pieces 2 cup (chopped)
  • Mango essence ½ tsp

Cooking Directions


  1. Chill evaporated milk for 6 hours, beat until double in volume.

  2. Mix in condensed milk.

  3. Fold in mango puree, cream, mango essence and chopped mango pieces.

  4. Put in air tight container and freeze until set.
