Cooking Directions

1. For Base: Beat butter and caster sugar together till creamy.

2. Add in flour and egg yolk mix till it resembles bread crumbs.

3. Knead with chilled water and spread in a 8 inch pie plate.

4. Prick with fork, bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes on 180 degree C.

5. For Brownie: In a sauce pan add cooking chocolate and butter, melt till butter and chocolate melts.

6. Remove in a bowl and add in caster sugar.

7. Mix, gradually start adding in eggs 1 at a time beating well.

8. Add vanilla essence, pinch of salt and flour.

9. Fold well, also add chocolate chips add pour on the base and top with few chocolate chips.

10. Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes until set.

11. Remove, cool and dust with icing sugar.

12. Cut into wedges and serve.
