1. Boil chicken boneless cubes.

2. Take sesame seed oil in the pan and add in chicken pieces, cabbage, capsicum, and carrots.

3. Stir fry them.

4. Add in salt, white pepper, soya sauce, white vinegar, sugar and chicken cube flour.

5. Cook it for 3-4 minutes and remove it from the pan.

6. Add in bean sprouts and green onion leaves.

7. Cut the roll wraps into halves and fill in the mixture.

8. Roll them and bind them with egg whites.

9. Deep fry the rolls till they are golden brown.

10. Serve hot.
