Ingredients

• Butter 6 oz
• Caster sugar 6 oz
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Egg 3
• Flour ½ cup
• Corn flour 1/3 cup
• Rice flour 1/3 cup
• Baking powder 1 tsp heaped
• Milk ¼ cup
• Icing sugar to dust

Cooking Directions

1. Grease a ring mould well.

2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

3. Beat on low speed until mixed then increase speed to medium beat till mixture has changed color.

4. Spread mixture into prepared pan.

5. Bake on 180 degree C for 40 minutes.

6. Turn onto wire rack to cool.

7. Dust cold cake with icing sugar.
