Sweet pancakes recipe by Shireen Anwer is so scrumptious for breakfast. Make on sunday or weekend and enjoy with family.

Ingredients

  • All purpose flour 2 cup
  • Semolina ½ cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Yellow color ¼ tsp
  • Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Soda by carb ½ tsp
  • Water to make batter
  • Clarified butter for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl add all purpose flour, semolina, sugar, egg, yellow color, green cardamom powder and water.

  2. Make into a thin batter, cover and leave it for 4 hours.

  3. Just before frying add soda by carb and mix well.

  4. Deep fry in a skillet or large fry pan in clarified butter.

  5. Serve with balai or rabri.
