Tray and Box Slabs

This highly successful, innovative design of Ammar Precast tray slab and Box Slab offers versatility for residential and commercial industry.

Girders

Ammar Pre-stressed concrete girders combine the compressive strength of concrete and the high tensile strength of steel wires & strands, which are required in concrete structures to resist tensile stresses. The steel wires & strands are initially tensioned in the girder to pre-compress the surrounding concrete providing the ability to resist higher external loads.

Boundary Wall / Beams and Columns

Ammar Precast Boundary walls are long lasting and secure. Precast concrete boundary walls are made off-site then installed with efficient labor and more quickly than cast in site concrete boundary walls. Precast boundary wall panel and column unit is lifted and set into place and does not require any additional adjustments. The wall can be constructed as quickly as the panel and column units can be fixed position.
